What We Do
At the Foundation for Aspiring Youths in Ethical Leadership , we believe that ethical leadership is critical to the development of any nation. In Africa, the bane to development lies in poor governance. Sixty percent of Africans are youths. The hope for a better Africa, thus, rests on the of optimum development of her human capital – the youths. We at F.Y.L assiduously work in the transformation of our youths in the following three focus areas: Education, Community Service and Development.
Who We Are
Since the inception of F.Y.L, we organise programs that foster the leadership potentials of youths (aged 12 – 25 years). In the year 2018, Foundation of Young Leaders was renamed to the “Foundation for Aspiring Youths in Ethical Leadership (with the retainment of the acronym F.Y.L). In August, F.Y.L was registered under the corporate affairs commission (CAC/IT NO: 117072). Presently, having impacted the lives of 2,000 individuals with a team of 4 board members,10 executives, and over 100 volunteers cutting across North America and Africa, F.Y.L diligently makes a difference in our world.
