Olanipekun Timileyin Ayomide is a geologist, passionate youth leader, an education enthusiast and entrepreneur. He is a graduate of the University of Ibadan. During his undergraduate program, he developed his leadership skills.

He served as a one-time President and Secretary of the students’ departmental association (Nigerian Mining and Geosciences Society). During his presidential tenure, among other projects, he pioneered a training in Health, Safety and Environment—a professional certification course, filling the skills gap of students, which is relevant in a plethora of industries.

Due to Timileyin’s craving for learning, he proceeded for his Master’s program at his alma-mater; he bagged a distinction in Mineral Exploration (Geochemistry) in year 2019. He has worked with reputable organisations such as VDT Communications Limited and Access Bank Plc. In his entrepreneurial pursuit, he co-founded a fashion business (xAfrik Creations). He, however, has interests in the mining and chemical industries.

As a non-executive director, first Vice-President, of the Foundation of Aspiring Youths in Ethical Leadership, he leads strategic partnerships, ethics and values. Olanipekun Timileyin Ayomide desires to teach and inspire youths for transformational leadership to solve global issues in the future.
